For registration there should be teams of 3 participants. We will welcome teams of LAG's, NRN's or MA's. We expect about 300 guests.

What is LINC?
LINC wants to promote networking between European Leader areas in an innovative way. Also to promote transnational co-operation and to strengthen the European Leader’s thought.
“LINC” means:
LEADER
Inspired
Network
Community
Among other things, the Conference in Estonia draws special attention to the relationships created through the Leader approach to volunteer work and introduces projects carried out using the Leader method in South Estonia. You can exchange your experiences taking part of Theoretical and Practical Workshops in Tartu and South-Estonia.
LINC combines discussion workshops with sport events - so that the participants can network. Another tradition of LINC to bring and share regional food and have European Aperitiff buffet.

Estonia: LINC 2012
Finland: LINC 2013
Estonian LINC conference will be hosted by the LAG Tartu Rural Development Association, LAG Borderlands Leader, LAG Põlva County Partnership Board, LAG Valga County Partnerships Board, LAG Võrumaa Partnership Assembly and Estonian NRN and we expect about 300 guests!
